How it works
- Choose print type, size, and placement.
- Upload your artwork (PNG/JPG/SVG/PDF — 300 dpi recommended) or tell us your text.
- We email a layout proof within 1–2 working days.
- Once you approve, we print & dispatch in 5–7 working days (peak seasons may vary).
Artwork & file tips

Best quality: Vector (SVG/PDF) or high-res PNG/JPG with transparent background where possible.

Colour matching: We’ll get as close as practical; exact Pantone matches may require a surcharge.

Need help? Light clean-ups and simple layout are included. Complex redraws are quoted first.
Placement & sizes
Common placements include pocket (A6), chest (A5), and back (A4). For sleeves or special placements, choose the option and we’ll confirm during proofing.
Supplying your garment
- Ensure your tee is new, clean, and unwashed for best adhesion.
- We take great care, but printing on supplied garments carries risk. If a rare misprint or press mark occurs, we’ll reprint our work at no charge on a replacement you provide or one you purchase from us.
Care
Wash inside-out, cold. Mild detergent. Avoid bleach/softeners. Tumble low or air-dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
Returns & exchanges
Because the garment is supplied by you and prints are permanent, exchanges aren’t possible. If we make an error or the print is defective, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll make it right.
