PhotoTiles™ are designed for smooth, clean, sealed interior walls. Wall prep and paint condition matter.

Avoid: dusty/chalky paint, unsealed plaster, heavy texture, damp areas, exterior walls

- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Keep away from direct steam/heat (e.g., steamy bathrooms or above kettles).
FAQs
Do I need nails or drilling?
No. PhotoTiles™ are designed for easy wall mounting without drilling (on suitable wall surfaces).
Can I reposition them?
In many cases, yes — carefully. Repositioning depends on wall type, paint condition, and how the mounting method was applied. We recommend placing lightly first, checking alignment, then pressing firmly.
Will they damage my paint?
Very old, flaky, dusty, or unsealed paint can lift. Fresh paint must cure fully (21–30 days recommended).
How do I upload photos?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a simple upload link. Please upload one photo per tile and keep filenames clear (e.g., Tile1, Tile2, Tile3).
What if a tile arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the tile. We’ll assist according to our replacement policy.
